In accordance with the Federal Law for Safeguarding Personal Data in Possession of Private Undertakings (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares – “LFPDPPP”) as published in the Official Federal Gazette on July 5, 2010 and its Code of Regulations, Saúde Law México, S.C. (herein after referred to as “SaúdeLaw”; “our”, “we” or “us”) hereby submit this Privacy Policy.
SaúdeLaw is a private partnership dedicated to the provision of legal and consultancy services in line with its corporate bylaws. In the provision of these services, and when doing business with us, we might collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) information, including personal data, which will be handled as indicated in the below terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy with your approval.
All personal data shared with us will be processed under the LFPDPPP provisions and following its legal standards: lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.
Purposes for collecting personal data
Personal data collected through our website might be used to:
- Identifying you, communicating and contacting with you;
- Sending you bulletins, publications and other relevant information regarding our services and/or relevant to the healthcare and life sciences industries;
- Sending you information on conferences, congresses, webinars and other industry or academic events where SaúdeLaw members are participating as speakers or attending;
- Issuing and delivering our invoices for the services rendered to you
Collected data
In the abovementioned context, we might process the following data:
- Contact details, including full name, work address, email, mobile or fixed telephone number, name of your employer or company that you represent;
- For our clients or prospect clients: invoicing details for the provision of services and fulfilment of the commercial contracting obligations entered between you and/or your company and us;
The retrieving, treatment and, as the case may be, transfer of these personal data, shall be conducted in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by us will not be used for disclosure, spreading or marketing purposes without the rightful owner’s consent.
Use limitation and disclosure of personal data
SaúdeLaw has implemented safety, technical, administrative and physical controls aiming to safeguard the confidentiality of personal data and reduce risks of breaches to protect your personal data against damages, lost, alteration, destruction or the unauthorized use, access or process of these data.
ARCO rights
At any time, the owner of personal data or its legal representative is entitled to execute its ARCO rights, and revoke the consent previously granted to process your personal data, by submitting a written petition by email to [email protected] including all legal requirements. Once we receive your petition, we will respond under the legal proceeding provisions and within the legal term.

Transfer of personal data
SaúdeLaw will not transfer your personal data to third parties without the proper and previous consent of the owner or its legal representative.

SaúdeLaw Privacy Notice is available at www.saudelaw.mx. SaúdeLaw might amend or modify its Privacy Notice at any time. Those amendments or modifications will be available at the referred website and shall become effective on the second natural day after becoming publicly available as previously indicated.
